Job Description

Customer Service Officer responsibilities include responding to customer service inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services. Customer Service Officers resolve complaints, maintain high customer satisfaction, and report to the Customer Service Manager.

Job requirements

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration

Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.

The Customer Service Officer I:

  • Is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.

  • will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,

  • handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
