Job Summary

The maintenances Supervisor is responsible for planning and execution of timely responsive reliable

and cost effective all type maintenance activities ( Mechanical & Electrical Maintenances) The

maintenances supervisor ensured that the company maintenance infrastructure and manpower are in

the right position to help the production activity run without breakdown and down time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans and organized weekly and daily maintenace activities.

• Moniter that prevention maintenance plen are perfectly implemented.

• Manage the company Maintenance crew.

• Overseas the day –to-day status of operation machineries.

• Accept Maintenaces work requst, check the problemand assign technician.

• Follow the effectiveness and reliablity of the excuted maintenace work.

• Moniter the proper fuctionong of utility facilites.

• Esure that manitenaces works are meterial and labour costeffective.

• Controll Maintenaces Tolls.

• Give clear objective to subordinnates and appraze their performances Month wise.

• Proved very close support to the technicians.

• Moniter thet PPE Is properly by Tecnicacians.

• Ensure that Menitenaces document such as Manuals, workinstructions, drawing, hisstory card etc are properly keep.

• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly report and submit to the Enginering manager.

• Excute smilar activities wheb ordered by his supervisor ( Enginering Manage)

Job Requirements

COMPETENCIES: -

• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role

• Strong technical knowledge of all Manufacturing systems (electrical, heating etc.)

• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

• Understanding of budgeting and performance management

• Excellent planning and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BSC in Electro Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and other related fields.   

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar Food manufacturing companies
