The production supervisor reports to the production main section head and expected to lead, coordinate and control the overall production activities in his shift. He/she is expected to make ready all required raw materials for the production and check the functionality of different machines before the operation time. Moreover that, His/her duties include:

• Making proper linkage with raw materials and equipments supply unit in order to facilitate the production activities. 

• Building team work spirit between the workers under him.

• Guiding the production workers to take care and properly utilize the production machines and materials

• Controlling the production quality by assuring that the proper procedures are followed by the production workers on the production process.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• BSc in Degree in chemistry; industrial chemistry and chemical engineer from recognized college/ university.

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required.

• Preferable if engaged in factories

• Strong learning culture and positive attitude

• Critical thinking, commitment to production increase, initiative, dedication and team working

• Responsibility, risk awareness, strong technical and problem solving skills

• Self initiator with high degree of self-management and energetic
