• Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification:  BA Degree in Management, Accounting

• Work Experience:  2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent or 8  years relevant experience in the banking industry

Additional job requirements & key competencies

• Work experience in business development, sales, and structuring and negotiating business deals will be equivalent.

• Ability to take ownership of high profile relationships, effectively listens to customers’ issues, and deal with difficult problem solving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
