• Relationship banking managers retain and expand existing and prospective customer relationships. They use cross-selling techniques to advise and sell various banking and financial products and services to customers. They also manage the total relationship with customers and are responsible for optimising business results and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification:  BA Degree in Management or Accounting Knowledge of additional foreign languages, other than English is advantageous)

• Work Experience: 2 years as Relationship Manager I or equivalent or 10 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Additional job requirements & key competencies

• Work experience in business development, sales, and structuring and negotiating business deals will be equivalent.

• Ability to take ownership of high profile relationships, effectively listens to customers’ issues, and deal with difficult problem solving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
