Job Description
Responsible for oversight of all finance and operations processes including financial management and reporting, human resources management, internal systems and processes.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Accounting
Work Experience: 4 years as Senior Financing Analysis & Appraisal Officer or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Additional job requirements & key competencies
Work experience in business development, sales, and structuring and negotiating business deals will be equivalent.
Ability to take ownership of high profile relationships, effectively listens to customers’ issues, and deal with difficult problem solving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
Effective oral and written communication and time management skills
Innovation, Customer Focus and Digital Awareness
