Job Description

  • Responsible for oversight of all finance and operations processes including financial management and reporting, human resources management, internal systems and processes.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Qualification:  BA Degree in Management, Accounting

  • Work Experience: 4 years as Senior Financing Analysis & Appraisal  Officer or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Additional job requirements & key competencies

  • Work experience in business development, sales, and structuring and negotiating business deals will be equivalent.

  • Ability to take ownership of high profile relationships, effectively listens to customers’ issues, and deal with difficult problem solving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.

  • Effective oral and written communication and time management skills

  • Innovation, Customer Focus and Digital Awareness
