Job Description

The Property & Facility Management Division Manager plans and coordinates all installations and refurbishments. Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

Job Requirement

  • Education: -BA/MBA/MSc/MA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Supply chain Management or related fields of studies

  • Experience: – 8/6 years of relevant experience out of which three years in Senior Professional positions.

  • Essential requirement: – Competence in MS Office and Leadership

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill,

  • High coordination skill & proactive personality

  • Detail orientation & analytical skill

  • Ability to maintain, improve standards and performance through implementation of good practice and personal development.
