Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Officer to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements and performing financial analyses in line with company goals.
You should be familiar with audits, budget preparations, and management, analyzing financial data including forecasting, and understanding product and business models. Our ideal candidate demonstrates capabilities in analyzing operational, commercial, strategic and financial data/metrics in order to provide insightful analysis to drive management actions and initiatives and the planning process. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Involve in the development of financial plans and programs; provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making.
Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity and make recommendations to finance and operations leadership for improvements.
Own and build on current models to forecast financials and operational KPIs.
Monitor and report on market changes including macroeconomics and peers/competitors.
Support an investment decision process to review business cases.
Apply financial and economic concepts including financial modelling, economic analysis, cash flow (DCF), profitability, earnings, balance sheet, taxes, financial ratios, and alignment to KPIs.
Keep accurate records of all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or finance required. Having an MBA is an advantage

Budget management, and organizational learning
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Experience using financial software
Advanced MS Excel skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Data management experience
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
3-7 years of professional experience with a track record of increased responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical, strategic and detail oriented.
Financial analysis and organizational.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
