We are looking for a architect who has experience in architecture design and interior design capable of rendering in 3Ds Max.

We have 1 position .

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.

• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Candidates should be self-sufficient and work independently.

• Candidates should be able to prepare bill of quantities for the design works to determine basic cost of the projects and prepare preliminary execution schedule for the construction.

• Candidates should be able to produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.

• Candidates should have a good experience on space planning, interior design & presentation, etc...

• Candidates should have adequate knowledge of building materials which will be used for architectural and interior design works.

• Candidates should Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Required Software Knowledge:

• 3DsMax V-ray rendering.

• Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD.

• Adobe Photoshop Post production .

Job Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Architecture .

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year and above on interior design is mandatory.
