Job Description
We are looking for a architect who has experience in architecture design and interior design capable of rendering in 3Ds Max.
We have 1 position .
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Candidates should be self-sufficient and work independently.
Candidates should be able to prepare bill of quantities for the design works to determine basic cost of the projects and prepare preliminary execution schedule for the construction.
Candidates should be able to produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.
Candidates should have a good experience on space planning, interior design & presentation, etc...
Candidates should have adequate knowledge of building materials which will be used for architectural and interior design works.
Candidates should Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
Required Software Knowledge:
3DsMax V-ray rendering.
Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD.
Adobe Photoshop Post production .
Job Requirements:
BSc Degree in Architecture .
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 1 year and above on interior design is mandatory.
