Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Attending to guests' needs and requirements including check-in and check-out procedures;

• Handle telephone enquiries including basic hotel reservations;

• Coordinate all emergency procedures in the event of any incident in and around the hotel premises and grounds including fire and other serious incidents;

• Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns;

• Administrate check-in of external and internal vendors according to corporate procedures;

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and solicit customer feedback and input;

• Arranges for all emergency medical and health care needs to be met as applicable to each person being supported;

• Oversee night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports;

• Responsible for the physical appearance and safety of the working environment;

• Lead a team and, coordinate activities to achieve business objectives and goals by creating a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement;

• Effectively make balanced decisions to support and improve performance/productivity and quality;

• Oversee the smooth delivery of the cleaning service ensuring full compliance with the Contract;

• Monitor team absence and performance, acting where necessary with support from the Operations manager and a central HR team;

• Handle other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor;

Requirements

Academic qualification

• BA in Hotel Management or related fields;

Additional qualifications

• Ability to motivate and work well in a team;

  • Ability to work flexible hours as hotel business changes;

  • Have a great personality and be genuine, approachable and attentive;

  • Ability to determine the consumption needs of a business' customers;

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision;

  • High standard of personal presentation;

  • Guest-oriented and service-minded

Years of experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a comparable position,  

Salary: As per the company scale plus service charge
