Job Description
The Senior Social worker will be responsible in assisting the youth Support department. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of Youth development and support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the Social challenges of supporting these core programs. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimum supervision.
This position requires frequent communication and follow up in accordance with the organization’s rules and regulations for the better development of the youth.
Assist the manager with her daily schedule and duties,
Conduct impact Assessment,
Works on youth development and empowerment
Case management related with youth,
Prepare periodic reports
Performs counselling and Follow up tasks,
Demonstrate interpersonal skills
Have adequate experience regarding with orphanage Youth.
Maintain relevant documents properly in relation with youth.
Job Requirements
Requirements: MA/BA in Accounting, Business Mgt, Economics &Leadership or related
Work Experience: 2/4 Years of relevant work experience
Work place: Head office
