Job Description
The position’s holder shall manages the marketing, research, public relation and partnership process of the Bank, he/she is responsible for Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling and supervising the overall process of marketing, research, public relation and partnership of the Bank in line with the best practices, policy and procedures of the Bank
Education & Experience Requirements: MBA/MA or BA degree in Marketing Management/Business Administration/ Economics or related fields of study with 11years of relevant experience of which 4years on Department Director or equivalent positions for BA holders or 9years of relevant experience of which 4years on Department Director or equivalent positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience in marketing management is mandatory while experience in financial institution is advantageous. The requirements of National Bank of Ethiopia remain applicable

In addition to the above competencies, the position’s holder shall manages the marketing, research, public relation and partnership process of the Bank, he/she is responsible for Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling and supervising the overall process of marketing, research, public relation and partnership of the Bank in line with the best practices, policy and procedures of the Bank
Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.
