Main duties

The purpose of the job is to set directions and serves as a centre of excellence for planning, budgeting and performance monitoring/evaluations. The division is tasked with the preparation of the Bank’s strategic plan/changes and annual plan, as well as budget forecasting, cascading, and producing periodic performance monitoring reports.

Job Requirements

Qualification

MSC, MA, BA in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields

Experience

7/9 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as planning & budget Team Leader in the banking industry.
