1.       JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision of the Department Head, The Customer Service officer will be responsible for Greeting and tending to the needs of the customers of MeQrez General Hospital

2.       DUTIES/TASKS

  • Greet Customers on arrival

  • Provide full information based on requests by Customers

  • Represent the image of the hospital everyday

  • Properly listen to Customers and give direction

  • Communicate in a professional manner with Customers

  • Always put the customers’ need ahead of oneself

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by immediate Supervisor

Job Requirements

1.       PERSON SPECIFICATION

A.     Qualification Requirements

1. Education

  • Minimum Grade 12 Completion/Diploma

  • Trainings on Customer Service is a Plus

2. Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer handling

  • Previous Experience in a Hospital/Hotel is a plus

B.     Skills, Attitudes and Attributes

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • High Organizational Skill

  • Has impeccable Customer handling Skills

  • Strong personal commitment to the Values of MeQrez and to put it into practice;
