Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION/GENERAL: Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service division head he/she  Exhaustively follows up a transit to meet the Lead time of the market service 7-8 days, from the registered date up to the Container release date, exhaustively manages the flow of import/export with the customer. Keep record information on Pave database to substantiate his/her work & Identify Delayance problems and report to clients. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that necessary information is filled to the system,

  • Update information about, every status of each transaction by contacting branches, Drivers, & clients by using the communication channel of the company Email, Wechat, and Phone. Database,

  • Exhaustively follow up  a transit to meet the Lead time of the market service 7-8 days, from the registered date up to the Container release date,

  • Follow loading status and compel drivers and other concerned staff to arrive within 3 days at a maximum,

  • Follow Document dispatch of branches /for transit purposes,

  • Express the Original Bill of loading to Djibouti before the vessel arrives,

  •   Identify Delayance problems and report to & clients, notifies daily status of transit and email to clients,

  • Receive  export   orders (SI) from client & make a sure full document is collected timely

  • Collect seals & containers from shipping companies

  • Follow and make sure the trucks arrives to port and catches the schedule /vessel,

  • Send export container  delivery documents and report to the customer,

  • Make sure delivery time complies with the agreed delivery time with a client,

  • Record and report trucks' arrival departure delay and detention with core,

  • Get trucks detention charge confirmation from the client and advice to the finance team,

  • Report any operation difficulties to superior timely Compliance or adhere to internal regulatory rules, regulations, policies & procedures,

  • Cooperate with other internal departments as required, 

  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the operation manager,

  • Discharge all assignments given & instructed to do by his/her superior,

  • Perform other related duties as required
