The Senior Customer Service Officer:

• Provides front office customer service support at the Branch

•  Handles account management transactions

• Respond to customer enquiries

• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Job Requirement

• Education:  BA in Accounting, Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance or Related

• Experience:  3 Years Banking Experience as Customer Service Officer or Equivalent
