We have over 50 professional audit staff with extensive experience in the private sector, NGOs and Government enterprises. We are one of the two RIG approved auditors in Ethiopia to audit USAID resources throughout Africa and our quality control procedures were considered robust by other donors as well including the World Bank, European Commission, BFW...etc.

Job Summary:
To keep an organization running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organizational tasks that make the organization function as per the standard and professional guideline of the firm.
Main Responsibility:
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate task managers.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain client correspondence files.
Manage administrative duties i.e. filling, typing, copying, binding and scanning;
Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes);
Managing client databases.
Prioritizing workloads.
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
Logging or processing bills or expenses.
Reply to email, telephone, or face to face enquiries.
Assist in maintaining petty cash.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
Education and Experience Required
Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management and related fields.
2-3 years of experience in secretarial services.
Audit firm experience is advantageous.
Ability and Skill Required
The ability to use standard software packages (e.g. MS Office).
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
Team working skills.
Organization and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Assertiveness.
Flexibility.
The ability to be proactive and use your initiative.
