 Job Requirements

Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.

Work Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 1 year as Junior Shareholders Relationship Officer.

Essential Functionality:

Sustain communication between the Bank’s corporate management and its shareholders by providing up-to-date and accurate information about the company’s operations, and financial statements to current and potential shareholders;

Properly and timely provide financial and non-financial information to shareholders within the frame of the legislation, the Articles of Association, the Corporate Governance Principles, and the Disclosure Policy of the Bank;

Collect data and assist in the assessment of the financial performance of the Bank to help shareholders make informed decisions about whether to buy, hold, or sell stock in the company;

Maintain relationships with shareholders through phone calls, emails, letters, or meetings;
