Job Description
Sous Chef Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
Qualification & Experience: Level-IV or above in hotel management with 4 year experience in kitchen operation activities
Basic competencies: Desired professional relatedness, necessary skills, and experience required are paramount.;
