Roles:
Develops, customizes, and maintains related training support materials;
Makes sure that training materials together with instructional methods are not only current but also effective;
Manages the facilitation and instruction skills of the trainers and assists in the improvement of competencies in the classroom;
Prepares a follow – up succession plans;
First Degree in Management/Human Resource Management/Public Administration or related fields with 5 years of relevant experience.
