Job Description
Coordination of IT staff in project management processes
Management of requirements gathering, service design, solution development, configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance
Support of hardware and software implementation, incl. space management and utilization, facility assessments, reservations, building asset and inventory management
Cooperation with other departments, partners and suppliers to establish detailed IT and business requirements.
Risk assessment and definition of mitigation measures
Reporting of project performance to senior staff Resource management
Budgeting, reimbursements and purchasing of required software and hardware.
Planning of taskforce utilization and allocation
Grade: 13
Permanent upon successful completion of probation period.
Salary: 13,959.00.
Benefits: health coverage, monthly Transport allowance of 2,000.00 birrs, monthly housing allowance of 1,500.00 birr

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an IT-related field.
Minimum of 6 + years in IT project management and portfolio management
Project management or ITIL certification
Strong interpersonal skills in collaborating and team building
Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
Good problem solving, critical thinking and presentation skills.
