Job Description
Key roles and responsibilities
Incident management.
Provision of integrated IT support for end users on hardware and software related questions.
Troubleshooting of technical problems, tracking and identification of hardware and software issues.
Remote and desk-side user assistance, incl. software/ hardware upgrade, installation and configuration.
Escalation of unresolved queries to the next level of support Reporting.
Reporting to the senior helpdesk staff with the data supporting decisions around asset allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and all processes.
Documentation of IT resolutions for future reference.
Grade: 10
Permanent upon successful completion of probation period.
Salary: 10,165.00 birr.
Benefits: health coverage, monthly Transport allowance of 2,000.00 birrs, monthly housing allowance of 1,500.00 birr.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT,
Minimum of 1 Years of Working knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, network cabling, wireless, and remote access practices.
Good communication skills Computer Science or related field.
Experience in software, hardware, network, and computer user support.
Experience with IT
