·    Collects procurement plan inputs for his/her subdivision by liaising with user departments;

·   Executes procurement plan for his/her subdivision by coordinating procurements with Procurement Officers and Junior Officer.

·    Collects purchase requisitions and allocates the same to Procurement Officers and Junior Officers for execution.

·  Follows up on the execution of procurements to ensure completion within set lead time, quality, and cost parameters.

·  Reviews Pro-forma collection and bid analysis process to ensure completion within set policies and procedures.

·  Liaises with quality control and manufacturing units to develop or update quality standard parameters and distributes the same to Procurement Officers and Junior Officers.

· Ensures the delivery of materials as per set product specifications and quality standards by liaising with quality control and manufacturing units after meeting all the required incoming inspections.

· Performs supplier evaluations with the Division Manager and keeps a record of the same for management decision making and supplier relationship management.

·     Uses seniority to follow up and expedite suppliers’ payments as per agreed payment terms.

·     Maintains procurement data and documents for his/her subdivision.

·    Prepares and disseminates procurement trackers and periodic reports for his/her subdivision to the Division Manager.

·   Performs other duties assigned by the Division Head.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Suppliers & Procurement or related fields

• four years (4) of demonstrated experience in FMCG industries. Practical experience and familiarity with manufacturing process and procurement of plant machineries, spare parts and CAPEX items is highly preferred.
