Job Description

·         Plans organize and coordinate the overall sales function of the designated sales territories.

·         Identifies market opportunities and new markets in the territories, plan and execute market penetration schemes in collaboration with marketing team.

·         Ensure that specified brand and packs are available and visible for consumers as per the specific segment.

·         Ensure product quality properly maintained by all channels,

·         Follow-up availability of required stock at company and agent warehouse.

·         Facilitate primary sales process, cash deposit, invoicing and product picking of agents and customers.

·         Evaluate and analyze territories sales and services in comparison with competitors.

·         Establish, build and maintain good working relationship with agents and customers.

·         Continuously segment the outlets and the consumers in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy of the company.

·         Manage Agent recruitment, performance evaluation and development to drive volume and product availability.

·   Maintain the continuously update the outlets database in his/her territories.

·  Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management and providing customers with feedback.

·  Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and other trade offerings.

·   Ensure the implementation of enabling technologies including CRM is cascaded down to the agents’ sales force through the sales leadership hierarchy.

·   Develop regular reports, daily weekly and monthly sales performance reports against plan.

·   With the follow-up of the Area sales manager, properly implement performance evaluation system and KPIs for the agents’ sales force in the territories.

Job Requirements

·   Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Management or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience or Diploma in marketing and management or related fields with Six (6) years of demonstrated experience in FMCG business.
