·         Collects project procurement plan by liaising with the project owners.

·         Collects purchase requisitions and facilitate its execution.

·         Placing proper contract documents for contractors and any project related procurement.

·         Ensure completion of project related procurement orders within set lead time, quality, and cost parameters.

·         Reviews Pro-forma collection and bid analysis process to ensure completion within set policies and procedures.

·         Liaises with project owners & contractors to develop or update quality standard parameters and distribute across all relevant stakeholders.

·         Ensures the delivery of project related requirements as per set product specifications and quality standards by liaising with project owners after meeting all the required incoming inspections.

·         Performs proper performance evaluations suppliers, contractors & service providers and keeps a record of the same for management decision making and supplier relationship management.

·         Jointly verify payment request with project owners and facilitate payment settlement for suppliers, contractors and service providers.

·         Maintains procurement data and documents regarding all active projects.

·         Prepares and disseminates project procurement trackers and periodic reports for active projects that are running under the company.

·         Performs other duties assigned by the Division Head or Department Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, construction management or related fields with four years (4) of demonstrated experience in FMCG industries. Practical experience and familiarity with procurement of construction projects.
