Major Responsibilities
To support evidence-based decision making by building strong business intelligence and analytics capabilities and culture.
Develop and Maintain a comprehensive pricing database for all sales accounts
Detail Responsibilities
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
Seek and provide information to help Company determine position in the market place.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
Conduct research on the market for identifying new business opportunities in line with the direction set by the business strategy team.
Produce business requirement documentation by understanding business needs.
Maintain and update a knowledge source of customers, referrals, tenders, prospects and presentations.
Participate in industry forums, customer discussions, and conferences as a representative of the Company, as needed.
Provide to brand manager with clear, concise requirements that meet the needs of the business development initiatives.
Document and maintain business intelligence processes and data/metric definitions regarding business development.
Document and explain data lineage from source to target within the business environment.
Workout detail cost and resource requirement exercises on new business development initiatives.
Perform testing on new initiatives and current processes as well as respond to business development issues when requested.
Any task that’s assigned by his/her supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields with minimum of Two (2) years of demonstrated experience.
Additional Skill
Proven successful experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in ERP is A+
Good team management skill
