Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Law, Development Studies, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience (Based in Addis Ababa with travel to Dessie) Duties & Responsibilites: - Understand the full scope, methodology, and objectives of the LLEARN project.  - Coordinate and oversee field operations for KIIs, SSIs and surveys across all target locations.  - Review and verify the quality of data collected in the field (both quantitative and qualitative).  - Maintain continuous communication with the CEHRO project team, providing regular updates.  - Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data with guidance from the CEHRO team.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Lead and supervise enumerators and field teams during data collection.   - Monitor the accuracy and completeness of collected data on a daily basis.  - Provide regular updates to the Field Coordinator and CEHRO team on field progress, challenges, and key observations.  - Support the training of enumerators and ensure they understand the survey instruments and interview techniques.  - Ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented.  Deliverables: - Daily field updates to the Field Coordinator - Clean and validated data collection outputs  - Final report on field operations and lessons learned

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Management Information Systems, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead project baseline studies, annual reviews, midterm assessments and post distribution assessments. - Develop and Implement CARE Ethiopia accountability to affected people system (like information sharing, community participation, feedback and complaints response mechanisms etc) - Develop and maintain M&E information management system for the humanitarian unit

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Gender Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and develop weekly and monthly work plans for GBV-related prevention activities, ensuring alignment with the overall program objectives and objectives. - Implement GBV prevention and response activities, including fieldwork and community-based programs, ensuring that activities are in line with GBV IASC guidelines and best practices. - Process and maintain accurate case documentation, including case histories, assessments, interventions, and progress reports, ensuring all information complies with confidentiality standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince out of which 1 years experience in coordinating interventions related to GBV and mental health in communities affected by crises Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare implementation work plans that align with the overall project strategy. - Develop and adapt reporting formats to collect relevant grassroots-level information. - Conduct monthly and quarterly review meetings with cooperative groups and stakeholders. - Collect, compile, summarize, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports in a timely manner.
