Therefore: We are looking for a self-motivated Procurement and Property Administration Manager and results-driven to direct and manage our organization's Procurement and Property Administration Dpt. of KABBA HOLDING COMPANY procurement and Property Administration Manager is manages a company’s supply of products and services. Their main duty is to ensure the company or organization, sources quality and affordable products in a reasonable time. Although their responsibilities can vary depending upon the type of organization, their core responsibilities include:
Liaising with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
Delegating tasks and supervising the work of Purchasing and Procurement Agents across all departments
Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results
Leading a team of Purchasing Agents and delegate tasks across departments when necessary
Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization
Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business
Creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
Carrying out property valuations
Managing the property’s finances, by keeping accurate records and paying all taxes and levies as necessary
Maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep.
Enforcing occupancy rules
Preparing regular property-status reports for relevant stakeholders
Coordinating maintenance schedule with the Maintenance Coordinator
Procurement Manager Education and training requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field like Business Management, Contract Management or Procurement Supply Mgt. and Property Administration. And Other related field
Procurement and property administration Manager Experience requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Procurement and Property Administration, senior Buyer or any other related position.
Negotiation experience of any kind is invaluable and shows that the candidate knows how to prepare a pitch, assess leverage and use persuasion skills.
An ideal Procurement Manager also has a firm grasp or background knowledge of specific industries and markets.
