Job Description
The Digital Banking Applications Manager Assists clients on various platforms offered by the Bank, including, but not limited to, online and mobile banking, Bill Pay, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, wire transfers, ACH transfers, Zelle transfers, and debit cards.
1. Responsible for managing and supporting the Digital Banking systems of the Bank under the IT department;
2. Responsible for handling the Bank’s system integration and interfacing tasks;
3. Handle integration tasks with various types of web services and API Integration such as (Open APIs, partner APIs, Internal APIs, and Composite APIs);
4. Handle integration tasks with ISO and SWIFT messages and card payment systems;
5. Handle both local and international payment systems integration tasks (VISA, MasterCard, …) and provide the required support to users’ queries;
6. Research new features/technology related to payment and digital systems;
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the Bank’s Digital systems and Integration operation and support;
Performs other related activities as might be given to him from time to time by his immediate supervisor;

Job Requirements
Education: MSC, MA, BSC in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Information Technology, any other related fields.
Experience Requirement: 7/9 years of experience in digital banking activities, of which 2 years as team leader Digital Banking Applications or related position.
