Job Description
The Reservation Agent assists and advises customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates.
Job Requirements
A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Hotel Operations/ Tourism management/Food and beverage service or any business-related field of studies from a recognized college/university with a minimum of three years of related experience in big-scale catering institutes or hotel Services.
N.B.: Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.
