Our company is seeking an experienced Safety Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant work experience and a BSc. in Safety Engineering or Environmental Engineering. It is also preferred to have work experience in consulting companies and experience in World Bank projects or multilateral organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.

Provide safety training to employees and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

Review and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure that safety is integrated into all construction activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in safety engineering.

• Work experience in consulting companies.

• Experience in World Bank projects or multilateral organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or Environmental Engineering.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
