Minab is a technology consulting and cloud platforms development firm that has worked on several governments and international development organization projects in Ethiopia, Nigeria, Mali, Morocco, Ghana, etc. Among others, our implementation sector includes jobs matching services, data analysis, and reporting tools, enterprise process automation, and property management solutions affording us an excellent reputation with our clients in delivering outstanding results as evidenced in their testimonies. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide training and support for users.
Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.
Respond in timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone )
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or diploma or Background in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
Professional Certifications may be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skill in written and spoken, English and Amharic
