Execute and support operational purchasing tasks as delegated in line with Group Purchasing (GP) policies, principles, guidelines and procedures for Raw Material (RM), Purchased Finished Goods (PFG) and Direct Packaging Material (PK) in close cooperation with local stakeholders and GP, enabling the company to achieve the desired delivery service to the customers.
Successful candidate will report to Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

• Onboard local suppliers after evaluation.

• Cross-functional team player

• Negotiate for better price and delivery terms

• Implement and maintain purchasing procedures in the software

• Maintain the safety stock of the relevant items

• Supplier invoice control in line with company guidelines

• Agree contract terms with the suppliers

• Follow up and report on agreed targets

Job Requirements

Qualification:

•  Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• 2+ year relevant experience
