Key roles and responsibilities

• Monitoring the collection of the company's accounts receivable by registering them on quality and timely systems; it is to contribute to the achievement of the mission by controlling the company's income.

• Prepares and submits collection accounts of international and domestic credit customers in a timely manner.

• Monitors customers' timely payment of their bills.

• Ensures that the collected funds are deposited in the bank within the set time limit, and ensures that they are registered in the ERP system.

• Prepares various income and expense accounts reports.

• Monitoring the payment of the company's accounts payable by recording them on quality and timely systems; it is to contribute to the achievement of the mission by controlling the company's expenses.

• Timely clearing and verification of international accounts payable.

• Clearing and verifying payments made to internal and external customers.

• Clearing and verification of various taxes, duties and other payables to be paid to the government.

• Record accounts payable in a timely manner in the IFRS/ERP system and maintain accurate information.

• Monitoring the timely settlement of various advance payments.

• It is to contribute to the success of the organization's mission by making the organization's finances have a healthy and effective system and by preparing important financial reports on time.

• Analyze and reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements as required.
  Verifying payroll and petty cash payments and validating checks for signature; tracking insurance payments.

• Checking the accuracy of bank and cash collected accounts, goods receipt and goods removal, loans and savings, checks, payments.

• Follow up by preparing a record of bank account activity and reconciling it with the bank statement every month.

• Timely preparation of statements for the payment of various taxes, duties and other payables to the government.

• Prepare various financial statements and summaries to assist in decision making

Salary: Negotiable

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance

• 6 + years of relevant work experience

• In-depth knowledge of Accounting Cycle.

• ACCA/IFRS/ERP training certifications will be given priority.
