Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing tax returns, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and file tax returns on behalf of the company and clients
Analyze financial data and report on financial performance
Work with other teams to ensure the accuracy of financial information
Prepare financial statements and provide financial reports to management
Participate in audits and respond to audit findings
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent knowledge of accounting software, such as Peachtree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
