Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Technology, Public Health, Clinical Laboratory Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the capacity and capability of the national laboratory system for accurate disease detection for clinical management, public health response actions and monitoring of effectiveness - Provide technical guidance for the implementation of laboratory quality management system (QMS) and accreditation processes - Support training programs to enhance the competency of laboratory workforce in diagnostic methods and techniques, biosafety and biosecurity practices, and quality assurance measures
