Job Description
Key Accountabilities.
- Establish and maintain a well-functioning logistics support operation for all multichoice branches, retails and outlets.
- Ensure stock movement process is properly carried out by supervising how the warehouse is been organized to accommodate different item code
- Ensure correct stock are issued out with waybill/stock sheet properly filled and issued
- Properly conduct monthly stock take, manage branch stock take and reconcile with documented reports
- Coordinate logistics and procurement operations
- Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
- Timely arrangement of delivery trucks to convey stock to different branches and outlets as may be required
- Develop business by analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
- Plan and manage projects while motivating other members of the team
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of experience in related position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tool.
