Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) is an indigenous Civil Society Organization which was established 25 years back.  Since 2006, TSD was registered by the concerned government body of FDRE and re-registered for the second time by the ASCO since May 2019.  Currently, TSD would like to seek professional and competent staff for the below mentioned positions. Job Requirements

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation management.

• Qualification: BA/S or MA/S equivalent, preferable in Economics, Statistics, business administration, public administration, or international development.

• Required Experience: 4/2 and above years of experience as project officer, project manager, area coordinator and senior social worker.

• Language: Fluent in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo.

Technical Competence for both positions:

• Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.

• High degree of computer literacy; Excel and Word skills are essential.

• Ability to manage and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Must be able to read and interpret documents and communicate with others as necessary to perform job duties effectively.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and support others in their work.
