Job Description

Customer service representatives who work for banks answer customer questions about basic banking services, such as account balances and interest rates and fees. They also help customers protect their accounts by reviewing suspicious activity, reversing transactions and reissuing compromised debit and credit cards.

Job Requirement:

Qualification: BA degree in Management. Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies

 Work experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Banking Industry.

 Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.

 Salary: Attractive

 Work place: Braches under (North, West, East and south) Finfinnee District.
