Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth. Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution. Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.

Job Requirement:

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting.

Business Administration or related field of studies

 Work experience: A minimum of 3/4 years relevant work experience which is One year as Senior Customer Relationship Officer and Equivalent position in Banking Industry.

Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.

Salary: Attractive (as per new Bank Scale) Work place: Branches under (North Finfinnee, East finfinne, West Finfinne, South Finfinne, Adama, Dire Daw, Hawassa, shashemene, Nekemte and Jimma) district Office.
