Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales, excellent communication and closing skills, and a proven track record for exceeding sales quotas. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. A successful Sales Agent will maintain strong relationships with clients, keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities among potential customers
Maintain relationships with current clients
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Keep detailed records of client interactions
Job Requirements:
At least two years of successful sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Experience using Microsoft Office
