Job Requirements

Qualification

• Degree holder  by engineering  

• Excellent eye for detail.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

•  Experience working on construction sites.

• Leading crews to complete specific projects.

• Overseeing training of new crew members.

• Communicating to project managers/supervisors.

• Reading plans and specs.

• Ensuring quality work and correct practices
