Job requirements

Qualifications: BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, or any other related fields.

Experience: One/1 year experience in relevant fields preferably in banking.

Essential Functionality:

Collect overall feedback from the customers on the efficiency of the customer service process and report for subsequent actions;

Sell the bank’s products and services;

Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective and escalate critical issues to the concerned organ and follow up on the status;

Manage appointments, inquiries or complaints from customers;

Effectively and timely communicate with customers about the status of their issues;
