Client relations managers act as the middle person between a company and its customers. They ensure that the customers are satisfied by providing them with guidance and explanation on their accounts and services received by the company. They also have possible other tasks such as developing plans or delivering proposals.

Job Requirement

• Education & Experience Requirements:   MA/MBA/MSc/BA degree in Management/ Economics/Accounting/ Business Administration or related fields of study 6Years of relevant banking experience out of which at least 2years in supervisory position

• Competency Requirements:  Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus] Leadership Competencies [Planning, priority Setting, Building team, decision Quality, Drive for Results] and Functional Competencies [Customer Relationship Management skill, knowledge of CRM related Software].

• Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill

Working place:   Head Office (Sales and CRM Directorate)
