Job Description

A Customer Service Manager (CSM) contributes to the Bank’s success by delivering outstanding customer service and supporting CSR team members.  A CSM demonstrates a thorough understanding of all branch related products, systems, processes and procedures.  A CSM is proficient in delivering new accounts, consumer loans, effectively cross selling other products and services, as well as developing customer relationships

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies

  • Work experience:  A minimum of 3/4 years’ relevant work experience which is One year as Senior Customer Relationship Officer and Equivalent position in Banking Industry.

  • Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.

Work place: Branches under (North Finfinnee, East finfinne, West Finfinne, South Finfinne, Adama, Dire Daw, Hawassa, shashemene, Nekemte and Jimma) district Office.
