Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.

  • Checks and counter signs tickets and negotiable instruments.

  • Handles international money transfers like a Western Union.

  • Ensures that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into the system properly.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields

  • Work experience: 2 years General Work Experience of which 1 year as Junior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position

  • Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.

Work place: Branches under (East Finfinne,West Finfinne, North Finfinne ,South Finfinne,Nekemte, Jimma, Shashamanne , Adama , Hawasa and Dire Dawa )District office.
