Job Description
Customer experience managers monitor customer experiences by creating, evaluating and improving the customer's interaction organisations in the hospitality, recreation or entertainment industry. They develop plans of action to optimise all aspects of the customer's experience. Customer experience managers strive to ensure customer satisfaction and boost company profits.
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Leadership Marketing Management or related field of studies
Work experience: A minimum of 8/9 years’ relevant work experience which is two years as Team Leader, BM-II or equivalent position in Banking Industry
Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
Work place: Head Office
