Education & Experience Requirements: MA/MBA/MSc/BA Degree in Management/ Economics/Accounting/ Business Administration or related fields of study 6Years of relevant banking experience out of which at least 2years in supervisory position
Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus] Leadership Competencies [Planning, priority Setting, Building team, decision Quality, Drive for Results] and Functional Competencies [Customer Relationship Management skill, knowledge of CRM related Software].
