Kegna Beverages S.C. is a beverages Manufacturing Industry established on April 1, 2017. The beverages green field project is located in Oromia Regional State, West Shewa Zone, on the outskirt of Ginchi town while the project office is located at Elilly International Hotel new building 10th floor Kazanchis, Finfinnee, Ethiopia. The company will engage in producing quality alcoholic & non- alcoholic beer brands in the first phase while the 2nd phase expansion plan is to produce carbonated water, Juices and other portfolios. Position Summary:
The Planning ,Monitoring and Reporting Manager is a responsible person who Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and supervises the company wide planning and reporting functions of the company .He she/also responsible to prepare different kinds of performance reports (weekly, by- weekly, monthly …etc.) about the performance of the company and reports to different stakeholders as per their needs. In addition he/she prepares scheduled performance dash boards and notifies the CEO about the status of the operation of the departments and advices the top management concerning the implementation status of the strategic plan.
The Planning Manger reports to the Office of the Brewery Manager and performs the following major tasks:
Plans, organizes, schedules and coordinates all the planning functions of the company
Translates the strategic plan of the company into operational plan for the company
Monitors and evaluates the implementation of the strategic plan of the company at
Operation level.
Assists the CEO in periodic reporting tasks, strategic and operational
planning process as well as periodic reporting to the different stakeholders.
Develops measurable performance standards for monitoring the progress to the company.
Prepares periodic performance report and submit to the CEO.
Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Terms of Employment: Permanent /Indefinite
Required Number: One (1)
Academic requirement:
MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Economics Business management or related fields of study.
Work experience:
6 years for MA/MSC or 8 years for BA/BSc related experience out of which 4/5 years should be in managerial position(s) preferably in Beverage Industries.
