Job Description

  • Assists in the administration of personnel affairs.

  • Drafts various letters related to employees and presents them for the supervisor’s

  • Organizes and tabulates employee data, and verifies accuracy and consistency by checking references. 

  • Collects and compiles employee performance reports.

  • Assists in the preparation of periodic activity report.

  • Participates in HRM Related studies.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification

    • BA Degree in Management/Public Administration/ or other related fields.

    Experience

    • 1 year of Relevant Experience
